This year it’s Thanksgiving soup with udon! Turkey roast, celery, shallots, parsnip, rainbow carrots, rainbow potatoes, baby Bella mushrooms, pressed garlic, and fresh rosemary, sage and thyme. I also added a bit of white wine, celery salt, cracked pepper and poultry seasoning. Smells incredible!

Still at it, ran out of Faber-castel sky blue, smeared the last of it in and accidentally blue myself. As one does.
