I'm teasing. I grew up disliking sweet potatoes because of how I had eaten them growing up (white). They look sweet (added sugar with cinnamon/nutmeg). My husband's family (Black) are big sweet potato eaters, and I've tasted a lot of very different recipes.

Sorry, but those sweet potatoes look like they were made by white people. XD (said with love)

(I am a terrible artist, and I have gotten a lot better since doing several "sketch a day" type challenges. Learned new techniques, tried new brushes, and gotten A LOT faster.)

You can start your comic in a style and just work on being consistent (meaning "do the thing" and especially imperfectly daily or something like that)

I don't see why a comic can't be an entire canvas. And the more you do it, the faster the process will go. <3
