I’ve been really enjoying WoWnimal crossing but I dooooo wish there was a bit more utility with it other than decorating. While I don’t want it to be garrison 2.0 where there are no reasons to even go to a city, adding some stuff like crafting benches, mailboxes, and transmog booths would be nice.

It was really funny though when she insisted she did not have the PC with her to troubleshoot and for me to just shutup and order her a new one but SUDDENLY did when I said I need the serial number to replace it

I guess this is better than the person from earlier in the week who blatantly lied to me about multiple things during the call and then got mad at me for not buying it.

And it wasn’t hard it was literally just “log out of the pc and launch it from here”. She did not, in fact, log out and check the spot I told her and was actively logged in and checking our website? Despite saying she did the former??

Just got off a call where a lady got increasingly angry at me and insisted that the app they needed was not installed despite being installed on all of our PCs. Finally I had her send me a pic of what she saw.

It was the wrong location despite her INSISTING she followed my directions perfectly

Them: UGGGHH yes I did I told you I did and it’s not working!!

Me *checks, confirms they did not do the thing and that is the problem*
