Ethan was already on the child protection register when he was killed. His Mother failed to keep appointments and refused to make Ethan available (during covid restrictions) when visited at home days before his death.

I got left at Beaumaris Castle while on a School trip 🙃 eventually someone noticed and they came back to get me. Surprisingly I still love castles 😀
