uryu still gets a solid two-three moments per arc that are hugely important and orihime stays prevelent enough to get a really satisfying book-end at the end of the series but its so fucked up looking at early spreads like this and seeing the characters who got shafted lol

Kojima's name at least had a chance of showing up in MGSΔ reviews... is the 2000s Ninja Gaiden discourse just forgotten now? Itagaki openly disliked what the series was doing after leaving, and NG3 became a directionless mess of a game in trying to be a reimagining. Ninja Gaiden was his baby.
