I have cat health anxiety. My boy is deathly afraid of the vet and although he's only seven, he's not very food motivated and he is very quirky so of course Brain is coming up with terrible cat-death scenarios. It doesn't help that my last Beloved Predator died at 10 from cancer. My Beaker cat.
