I have made some code fixes in the past to Signal's VoiceOver experience based on community forum discussions. Happy to explore making further improvements if any issues are identified.

(My answer only applies to iOS, not Android) Signal supports dynamic type and dark mode so it would be useable for someone who is low vision. If they use VoiceOver, Signal generally works fine with it, but there is room for improvement.
