It's particularly frustrating when they're actually going counter to what the evidence says about performance by trans athletes. This is so disappointing

The lack of car spaces frustrates me as a very local resident - the residents WILL have cars, they will just work around the restrictions and park on the nearby roads, clogging them up further. Expecting the residents to not have cars is naive, stupid or willfully ignorant

It might be to give them a day's grace if something goes wrong with getting the payment system live tomorrow - just to be on the safe side. But it is a little disconcerting not seeing any payment options or information about payments

Apparently the first time you'll just get a notice and not have to pay the £5 bsky.app/profile/oxfo...

Interestingly (to me, at least!) when I looked at the comments on her Facebook post about this, all the comments said pretty much this - it's not an either/or, we need the congestion charge in order to un-gridlock the buses
