It's likely that 99% of these trolls wouldn't say a thing if they couldn't hide behind anonymity. They have no idea how brave the recipients of this hatred are. I am grateful that public servants (at least those who aren't gaming the system) still want the job.

Please keep up the great work! I love courrier news too. They're doing an amazing job of reaching out to ppl who might not be tuned in to MAGA's effort to dismantle civic life.

Agreed, Lowes is also showing a loss of stock value. Maybe some of HD's devaluing is bc the whole the sector is getting hit. I've been boycotting HD since their CEO's support of Trump's first run for president. Plus Lowe's employees are great.

Try looking for a basic photo editing app in the Apple store and you see so many (maybe more than 50, I stopped counting) that beautify your visage with AI. It's really pretty amazing where this is going -> more electricity hogging data centers. We're becoming a "Player One" society.

combined value of data center projects that were stalled or stopped surpassed the total from the previous two years. That’s a major sign that public pushback against these facilities is growing rapidly. The report comes from Data Center Watch.
