Under the @medsky.social "Feeds" tab, there are over 70 different feeds built from posts of healthcare organizations and personal accounts.
Specialty feeds like Public Health showcase content from that specific field.

On Bluesky, YOU decide what you see and how you see it. Feeds are what give you those choices.
For example, the Medsky feed we showed you earlier has all its posts arranged in reverse chronological order.
This feed, Medsky High Yield, has a blend of new posts mixed with posts ranked by engagement.
