When in Hong Kong, maybe bc it's so hot and one happens to stand on escalators so often, I noticed that young people take great care in choosing T-shirts. Two of the more bad-ass slogans I saw read "Obey—extra bitter—since 1989" and "Rehab is for Quitters". Can't argue with that.

Wang wrote one of the earliest accounts of a #European war in Chinese, the Pu-Fa zhanji #普法戰紀, about the Franco-Prussian War of 1870/71. Illustrations are from his 'Jottings and Drawings from Carefree Travel' 漫遊隨錄圖記 and show #Paris (left) and #Edinburgh (right).
