Ah, phew, this right here is where it finally lands.
It's not actually about the insistence that AI can 'reason', it's that it can do 'cool tricks' and output results that are 'better' in the opinion of those who thing the tricks are cool.

SO many things from his Previous rule that should have been "how do we prevent abuse if this?" after he lost and yet

Yes and they do this all the time. Ds, understandably/maybe, are always in reaction mode.
They're generally terrible at reframing, refocusing, or redirecting the crazy shit from the other side.

I had no idea about the difference between SSI and SSDI nor the credits thing until we were in the position to need it.
December 5, 2025 at 2:04 AM
Sorry! SSDI, not SSI. My mistype. Thnx for correcting!
And your second point stands well. Plan was for her to go back to work pt once kids were in school but became disabled, and didnt qualify for assistance after those 10 yrs!

Could one rationale be quick access to commuter routes? How's public transportation in this areas?
Every development 'round here has 'but traffic!' complaints, esp multifamily

Given D performance in TN in the recent election, reducing R+ by, what, 10 points...?
I wonder how that translates to possible Tx districts, esp as I suspect Tx is more purple than Tn.

When wife and I had kids, her choice to either work and likely put most of the paycheck into daycare, or stay home. She chose to stay home. Cool.
Planning is a key - if you can, have kids 4 or 5 years apart so during school, just 1 in daycare.
Careful tho, too many years off work disqualifies SSI!

Oh sry I shoulda seen that. Was gonna send screenshot of page. Its easy to zoom but off-putting on first view. Just fdbk. Will be supporting your solid venture. 👍

I'm avoiding corporate purchases this holiday season and buying 'good cause' items as gifts instead. Know at least one person who'll appreciate a 230 coin!
(+ you're correct, of course, on TechDirt quality)

Last I heard, pillowBro was bankrupt.
So makes sense the next step is getting in on the Yrump campaign grift.

The answer to your earlier specific complaint, however valid, is not anti 1A law.
Doomerism is lame.
December 3, 2025 at 3:17 AM
The Fire thing is not only not a law, its part of an unrelated case opinion that has since been overturned.
Your second statement is closer to support of authoritarianism than democracy.

Housing prices may indeed go down but more likely due to the recession caused by removing a large number of consumers from the economy.

There is no legal or regulatory difference between news and entertainment.
Lawmakers have little recourse due to 1A.

I say this with due acknowledgement that she at least knows the Packingham case, which was before her time on the Court. But I'm deeply worried about what she, Sotomayor, and maybe even Kagan will do on this Cox v. Sony case.

And how much it will mess up.
