I would love to say I'm getting the hang of this.... But I'm nearly getting there :p
Tram plate nearly done just a couple more to do on it, will do them tomorrow.
Then I can thread it and the z plate and replace the shitty plywood temp plates I've been using to make these.

Fu Microsoft trying to trick me into installing windows 11. Computer crashed and on the reboot I got this installing windows 11 full screen bs.

So surfacing is done but can feel some stepping so will need to tram this more before I make the aluminium z plate!

After much fighting in fusion trying to setup a working cam model. I finally got the surfacing program made.... But it's sadly late and I still need to install the tool setter:( so no surfacing tonight

Roughly 24l of distilled water mixed in with some glycol antifreeze.
I'll sort out the pumps power cable later.... Still figuring out what to do with it........

Been having a right nightmare with some really "expensive" cheap bolts I got of Amazon as I needed some quick.... Basically metallic cheese.
Anyway they kept breaking when fitting alu slots. And now both batteries are flat. So can't finish mounting the main MDF. Still hoping to surface it this

After fixing the driver then the end stop stopped working!
Contact cleaner too...
Couple pads look a little scorched. I think it's nearing end of life!

Ok keyboard tray is mounted but yeah janky as shit...
It warped slightly and lifted off the beds in the corners. But given it was a 9 hour print and all that wasted petg. I'm making it work.
Once the keyboard and track pads in you won't notice! Much....

I only have just short of 5K subs and dont expect that to rise in the future.
