I’m also curious about the trailhead thing. I once had to try to get a Lyft to pick me up from a not-very-remote hike and no one wanted to bother. I wonder even if Waymo is authorized to operate in less dense areas, if the algorithm will ever decide that it’s just not worth it to do the pickup.

Can I very curiously and innocently ask why, as someone who has never been in a Waymo? Are they preferable to other types of ride share for you? Honestly curious!

I work at a food pantry and can attest that canned green beans are one of the least favored options. They are often left behind for others to take and no one does 😅

To give an example - due to a mixup we didn’t get our meat order from the county this week. We do have some $ in the budget so I had to drive around to several discount stores to buy up as much meat as I could - time, gas, effort. Would much rather $ goes to the county so they can fulfill orders.

He did an interview where he was like “well I’m a conservative Christian so I bet you can guess about how I feel about women in the workplace *wink* *wink*” and so many guys came out of the woodwork to be like “this is fine actually”
