I had that moment in the Majesta tonight; going on its first decent drive up through the hills and back around the city, the pleasant glow of the instruments and headlights, eating up the kays in comfort. Booting it down the on ramp with Siamese Dream cranked on the ridiculous stereo. Love this car.

Bought a translated owners manual for the Majesta, and it is full of gems like these. Still incredibly handy to have for figuring out all the little qUirKS anD fEAtuRes.

Do any detailing gurus have tips on cleaning what I’m guessing is old oil stains out of thick carpet mats? The bissell has made a difference but they still look a bit grot after two passes with the stain remover / agitator brush.

Got the new car home just in time to do the school run. Pleased to see it fits in the carport nicely!

What on earth did this poor MGB GT do to deserve this fate? Looks like a pretty straight example albeit dodgy paint in some parts.
