The only times I see clever non-Jewish curses, it's usually part of what used to be called a "cut contest". In a cut contest, "yo mamma" jokes are just a subset of possible responses. (I particularly remember "Do you have a match?..." being another popular riff.)

As a gentile, I have to acknowledge that almost all good curses are probably Jewish in origin. Most other curses are just some variation of "fuck off and die". To the point, but also not memorable. To be truly memorable the curse must be both clever and humorous.

I consider rhetorical tricks like this over a trivial annoyance to be just as divisive as any fiercely held ideological belief.

And even worse when it was completely unnecessary.

(You were not required to take the bait. You are probably better than this.)

Why does anything matter?

Why did you respond this way, if it doesn't matter?

Saying "Shut up!" would be more direct and less condescending.

...If the insurance company overestimated the previous year's premiums, they are REQUIRED to refund the difference in calendar Q3 directly to each insured person.

I know this because I received a large statement credit from BCBS one year and a check the next year when I was on Medicare.
