Refresh & recharge week photos, part 2 of 2!

Happy New Year Wish 2026: part 2/2!
This wish for 2026 is "for all kids to have an amazing Christmas, and for dogs as well as other animals to have good homes." At the bottom-center of each Wish 2026 page, there is a blue sticker with gold bubbly text that says, "Inspirational Happy New Year 2026" above a yellow smiley face with blue eyes and rosy cheeks. Surrounding the text and smiley face are illustrations of 5 red balloons, 3 green balloons, 2 bursts of fireworks, and confetti.

LeRoy V. Good Library holiday decorations, part 2! #MCCLibraries
Atop the bookshelves for course reserve materials behind the Welcome Desk, there is a reindeer decoration that is all white and in a standing pose looking back. It is wearing a wreath around its neck. The LeRoy V. Good Library welcome sign hangs on the wall behind the shelving, and there is a garland of artificial evergreen branches with electric white holiday lights atop the shelves in front of the reindeer decoration. Atop the course reserve shelves at the other end of the garland, there is a snowman decoration constructed of 3 wooden circles (a large base, medium midsection, and smaller head) with 4 buttons, a top had, and two arms made of twigs. The wood is unpainted. There is also a decoration of a group of 5 wooden, stylized, evergreen trees with stars topping them, with 3 unlit candles among the trees. The STAC cubicle is decorated with a silvery-white garland and red bow, and there is an artificial poinsettia in a red foil-covered pot on the table among the 2 staff READ posters, chess board, QR code sign placard, and table-top whiteboard that says "Welcome to STAC" with a drawing of a dragon breathing fire upon the Help Desk. Another table at the STAC has a box of facial tissue, a Soda Stream, an artificial poinsettia in a green foil-covered pot, and a small board book entitled The Story of Ulysses S. Grant.
