Our pupils made handmade crafts and treats for this years Winter Fayre, raising money for a chosen charity. It was a great way for them to get involved and give something back. With support from ward staff, the event was a big success. Karaoke, hot chocolate and cookies kept spirits high throughout!

🌍Today, pupils from Maudsley and Bethlem Hospital School visited Black Cultural Archives in Brixton for the 'Windrush Journeys' workshop. They explored artefacts and stories that illustrate the London experiences of Caribbean communities.

Pupils enjoyed visiting Parliament where they met Liam Conlon, MP for Beckenham and Penge. A tremendously informative and engaging tour of House of Commons & House of Lords. "I loved the whole thing" said one. Fascinating to learn how history & design is tied into our strong democratic traditions.
