Yes he is! I’ve been following his work for quite a while, too. The Injustice Files is such an incredible show, as well as his Emmett Till documentary and the TILL movie. He puts so much heart into everything he does, for sure!

A photo of the crime scene was displayed in court while they talked as if Jimmy was this ȶɛʀʀɨʄʏɨռɢ ȶɦʀɛǟȶ that had to be immediately taken out. It was beyond disgusting.

There was even an officer with a shield present, according to the witness, and they didn’t send him in the room first. No strategy, no regard for Jimmy’s life.

One officer, a witness for the defense, even said, “You have to be fast enough that you don’t give the suspect time to think of a plan.” Jimmy was hiding in a closet, in a room, with no weapon and no way out. There were no ɦօֆȶǟɢɛֆ. They had time on their side and chose to be reckless.

Why call SWAT? Why use a shield when you can rush in and ӄɨʟʟ someone without a second thought?

There is no remorse. They believe this is how things have to be.

If you could have heard how little these officers care about what could have been done differently, you’d understand the depth of this injustice. Sung Kim’s attorney dismissed the prosecution’s use-of-force expert, calling alternative, life-preserving methods “irrelevant.”
