Today we welcomed APDs 133rd cadet class. These 25 new officers bring us to nearly 100 new officers this year and 924 sworn officers citywide. Class 133 built real community connections through hands on training. Welcome to the force. This is Real Work, Real Progress for Albuquerque.

Crime is trending down in Albuquerque because we are taking a smarter approach. With better tech, added support staff, and ACS taking thousands of calls, officers can focus on violent crime. This is how we move our city forward, safer and stronger together.
