aka Paul Ward, Funk King of Delaware. Formerly Prufrock1974 on Twitter. Sarcastic pop-culture references to be found here. If I've blocked you, it's because I think you're an asshole.
I've seen much debates on the strategic bombing campaign and its in/effectiveness. I'll grant that the tactical bombing campaign was much more immediately effective, but I'll also posit that each FW-190 intercepting B-17s over the Ruhr was one less FW-190 over Ukraine or Belarus intercepting IL-2s.

I think your opinion on Aaron Sorkin will probably be a good indicator of how you'll like that movie. The performances are good, though. And you get to see Cuba Gooding Jr. and Noah Wyle in one of their first major roles.

I never had any favorite movies later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

Robert Kee wrote in his diary "I've now been on many raids where owing to total cloud it's been impossible to do anything but fling the bombs out somewhere near the flak and the searchlights, and yet I have invariably read the next morning of 'attacks on rail communications or industrial premises."

(though in order to take that decision, you have to research Hand Sanitizer tech first)

I agree with you about removing the OOB between HOI3 and HOI4 (though I think you and I are the only two people who actually liked it, going by the online comments I've seen), but I actually prefer the "have your factories build equipment, not the actual division itself" aspect of HOI4.

-25% con malus, mitigated to only -10% if you spend the political points to take the "Provide Hand Sanitizer" decision.

And for those who lived around Detroit in the 80s:

"Nice goin', Melvin!"

"Forty watts per channel, babycakes."

"C'mon, dog! Me an' dog want you to go to Telegraph Road right now / Get a dog-gone good deal!"

"Diiiiiiiittrich Furs, by the Dittrich Family..."

Well, but doesn't the Operative say "Your broadcast has weakened their power, but they are still very much a threat" at the end?

It's ironic you mention this, because I just saw a post from a socialist group specifically citing Newsom's transphobia as evidence that there was no difference between Democrats, Republicans, and fascists (with a side of "lol look at all those triggered libs in the comments lmao").

This is reminding me of that bucket of schlock printed by Regnery in the early 2000s about everyone in Hollywood just loved Castro.
