In the name of #trafficcalming, the town of Covington, GA, where I live, turned a nice residential thoroughfare into a deathtrap for #bicyclists by installing eight traffic islands that obliterated the meager #bikelanes we used to have. So much for #activetransportation or #completestreets. 😡

The only thing more dangerous than #climatechange is a government hellbent on #climatedenial & committed to helping #polluters. All of this in just 90 days -- expected, but still shocking.
