Today would have been our little gremlin's 17th birthday. We said good bye to her the week of Thanksgiving so this round of holidays has been extra tough, almost as if someone was missing because she was. Happy birthday Sydney. You are missed.

If you're going to have an awards show and need to "constrain for time", maybe trim back on the number of awards your giving, limit speech time, or cut fluff. This is the worst possible choice.
