I've seen a sentiment of skepticism from cyber pros about Anthropic's claims here. Anybody up for elaborating on how they might be wrong?

Chinese gov hackers used Anthropic to fully automate recent cyberattacks against dozens of targets incl. tech firms, financial institutions, chemical facilities, and gov agencies. They tricked Claude into assisting them by breaking prompts into separate tasks and saying it was for defensive purposes

The thing is this was basically PRC official policy for 40-odd years, they were just smart enough not to say it out loud

Pretty par for the course for Kerry.
He was running against another Democrat and still became the first NYC mayoral candidate to cross the million vote threshold since the 60s. We should all be so lucky to "underperform" so badly.
Btw, the press obsessing about Mamdani seems weird. He seriously underperformed the Democratic vote in NYC compared to recent elections, barely scraping 50%. Moderate Democrats in VA and NJ dramatically overperformed. That seems the real story
