“Um, and Juno, right?”

“The Americans tried to overthrow Castro”

“Which Americans? From Colombia? Equador? Costa Rica? I’m confused”

Maybe a sign of a shift from, uh, American hegemony to have a bunch of people get cute about a phrase that’s been widely used to refer to citizens of the United States of America for *at least* the last 125 years.
