Possibly diffusing now a bit. Or at least officers are dispersing somewhat.
Folks have been told if they cross the tape they will be arrested. Have not seen any local law enforcement on site, FWIW (someone asked in replies)

New St Thomas arena is absolutely awesome! Only a couple small notes:
- $25 is a little high for the cheapest ticket. (And they advertise it as $13 cause that’s the group ticket price). I’d suggest a cheaper standing room ticket around $15
- alcohol sales are only in the suites/club
