In Sakura Wars GB, you are forced to enter a name for your character at the start of the game, with no default name option. However, if you use hex editing or a cheat device to skip ahead, the game will use "ひろい", or "Hiroi," as a fallback, in reference to Sakura Wars series creator Ohji Hiroi.

I wish Nintendo's time tracking were more granular... For instance, Pokémon Legends Arceus is under "Over 10 hours played" while looking at the details gets no more specific than "Over 40 hours," with even the finer info being tallied only in increments of 15 minutes.

Have you ever seen the genuinely fantastic Japanese box art for this game? The package designer took a look at this funny skeleton with a guitar and went, "Hey that kinda reminds me of the Grateful Dead" and ran with it

It took 5 hours of scouring the map for stores and making money to scrounge this outfit together and I think this is as close as it's gonna get

Sure! I recall one Halloween where I dressed up as Robocop, despite never having seen the movie, just because I thought my friend's Robocop action figure looked cool. I loved getting Milky Ways back then!

Thanks to everyone who stopped by the stream tonight! This time we got a good ending in Mitsumete Knight, one full of insane twists and turns, and we successfully romanced Menesys, who is an absolute treasure. We also started up Castlevania: Lament of Innocence, and hey, that game's pretty good too!
