Right this would be a hypothetical scenario in which state-regulated hemp markets are permitted to continue, like marijuana has been. Unclear how likely that would be, if at all.

Yeah without additional changes to federal law, it does seem like the best case scenario for MN hemp businesses is in-state sales but no more interstate sales

I should say it was never a question that they would continue implementing the marijuana law, but notable in that presumably they are continuing to license hemp businesses.

Notably, the OCM says it will continue to implement Chapter 342, Minnesota's marijuana law. The agency is currently in the process of issuing business licenses to hemp-derived cannabinoid retailers, manufacturers and wholesalers.
