What a great final night of Hanukkah/New Year's Day combo! Love to all, Happy New Year, and a final Chag Hanukkah Sameach!

I love Christmas biryani (a South Asian spiced rice pilaf), but what I also love is breakfast the next morning featuring dosa (a kind of savory crepe or pancake made with slightly fermented rice and lentil flour) and meat curry (chicken this year). So great.
