Another affidavit claims there were at least 79 Starlink dishes on the roof of the notorious Tai Chang scam compound.

People trafficked to run scams at Tai Chang have been subject to "rape, torture, and murder," the affidavit says.

The affidavit says experts analyzed buildings at the Three Pagodas Pass scam compounds and identified at least 26 Starlink satellite dishes on the roofs of buildings

The affidavit says:

"The TARGET PROPERTY [Starlink devices] and the TARGET [accounts] ACCOUNTS play a substantial role, and therefore are involved in, the WEALTHOB wire fraud and money laundering conspiracies focused on transferring U.S. victims’ funds abroad”

Yeah, I think ultimately this sentence gives that away:

"The target a school is given will be based on attendance levels achieved by others in similar circumstances, including deprivation, location and pupils’ needs"
