I continue to see my colleagues assume antivax is driven by people who just don't understand basic facts. If this is your POV, you make the problem worse with every conversation. Again, listen to these people. Everything cones back to trust and not feeling heard.

Why is that the case? Generally speaking, technologies get better. But it seems like vinyl pressings have gotten worse every decade since the 70s

Devil in the details, but I am awfully skeptical of a trial on developmental outcomes with no blinding. Im curious what scales they will use and who assesses.
Also, incredibly misleading to use short term mortality outcomes in a disease that famously takes decades to kill. Like a 6 mo trial of vapes

I agree, and 2019 is when it hit. Your area was an epicenter. I think there was a lag between opt outs and increased cases. Measles spikes every three years, I forgot why

For the control group, avg of 4.4 URI, 0 LRI, so 6 something totally RI? There must have been a lot of middle respiratory infections in that group.
