Jason Dozier told the rest of Council he had two locations he wanted to use for his own any emergency services as situations arise, so he was the sole no vote.

There wasn’t a rationale given. Amir Farokhi originally said he’d vote against it because he had a center he thought was within the banned distance, but the city attorney said that center was fine. So he voted for it.

Same board. They’re supportive of the OIG, except for the Atlanta Business League representative.

I don’t think the gulch deal is under the OIG’s purview, unless some sort of illicit payment took place.
