Anyways, every time I meet up with a colleague or someone in my industry that I respected and find out all they have been doing for the past few years is hyping and posting about AI junk, I get that exact same feeling again.

because if they weren't using AI for voices they would be hiring voice actors

my desktop runs games faster under CachyOs (Arch Linux variant) than it did with Windows 11. if the game has rootkit anticheat it might not work but I refuse to buy those anyway

why not pay artists for their work instead of ripping off people with scraped AI content?
