What is it with people owning lots of guns? Why do they need so many? There are some people pushing this average really high and I've yet to hear one of them come forward to explain why they need so many.

As the Bondi shooters used (according to this report) four guns (despite owning more), what exactly is achieved by limiting the number owned to five?
