It's still wild that multiple game console generations (NES, SNES, N64, etc.) had a literal 20% speed "handicap" since countries using NTSC (60Hz America+Japan) vs. PAL (50Hz Europe) actually ran the game's clock at those two different framerates (for simplicity). This even affected music pitch.

By-design, the American ruling class is immune to the law. Politicians play by their own set of rules, but are also responsible for holding themselves accountable. I believe these are major design flaws in the constitution. Trump has merely exploited these loopholes to the greatest extent in history
