I'm not licensed to diagnose but I have not seen any behavior from Grossberg in all my time with him that would indicate Tourette syndrome. I am open to be proven wrong but I hope his team is not blaming him texting inappropriate messages to staff on Tourettes.

Not trying to ruin the joke just let others know: Rogaine can cause acne especially for those of us going through an unexpected puberty. But! For people it doesn't cause acne for who want facial hair (or body hair), I highly recommend

I will not pretend to be close: we volunteered/interned together a long time ago and didn't really speak after that. Our last communication was a very dumb conflict where I was in the wrong and helped make a wrong decision and I regretted then and I regret it now.

I wonder if that was a factor in his death. If he dreaded having to justify his own existence to a hostile legislature again at 24 just like he had to at 17.

I think about him whenever I ask for any advocacy work from a trans teenager. Being a teenager is supposed to be about putting eyeliner on wrong and staying up too late chatting with your friends, not testifying in the legislature.

I don't have any pictures of my own because i was young and dumb and didn't think it was possible that Henry would not be here. He felt like a superhero. But he shouldn't have had that pressure on him, especially at such a young age.

He killed himself in 2022 because he was afraid of the antitrans legislation coming in 2023.
Every day I'm in the legislature I think about him and wonder if he would have joined us for this.

I only found that out about Henry after he died. When I knew him he was a community leader at Fairness and so much more knowledgable than me and acted so old for his age even though he was three months younger than me.
He went to DC to work with the Human Rights Campaign.
