The facts tell us that is patently untrue . Isn’t it something like 13 cases adjudicated against UK Govt by ECHR since 1980!!!!! It’s a nothing problem. Glasman needs scattering from Labour but if he’s the power influencer in strategy they and we are doomed. He honestly is a Reform stooge

Wow! Blue Labour have really won the argument of government it seems, they might as well turn turquoise. Thank for I live in. Lib Dem seat and can happily vote for them rather than be bullied by Labour to vote for their Reform tribute act to keep Reform out

Exactly it’s not the botched deal, any version that took us out of SM and CU basically destroys inward investment and GDP which also equals tax revenues. His red lines mean there is nothing that Labour can fundamentally change just tinkering around the edges

Hard agree with you Charlotte, people have been brainwashed into assuming immigration per se is a problem for the last 30 years. The history of our species is one of stories not based on reality making us do awful things (witch trials, genocide, etc). This is one of those moments

We moved back ‘home’ from Sweden June 22 and my EU partner is over halfway through the qualification process for ILR. I’ll sure be sympathetic to people’s legitimate concerns about small boats when she is deported & we have to decide who our daughter lives with. It’s grotesque, hateful & obscene

Beginning to wish very strongly I hadn’t left to come ‘home’ in 2022 rather than stay in Sweden. If Farage, or Badenoch deport my partner or Starmer’s mob add extra time, cost and difficulty for ILR might have to beg to be let back in down the line

Beautifully done Natasha, the scary thing is that Gary still wasn’t really listening. He thinks Farage is a normal person who is on his side. You probably are wasting your breath but I think this is a fight for decency and democracy so we all have to keep persisting
