I would wager that the actual reason why no prior sitting president has apparently ever taken the Montreal Cognitive Assessment test, is that no prior president or VP since the test's creation in 1996 has ever engaged in behavior that is as suggestive of cognitive impairment as Trump has.

I hated the need to destroy dirty tankers, but I hated the killing and abduction of Ukrainians worse. War is dirty, releasing large amounts of carbon and other harmful chemicals.
🌊✨ Don’t worry about Ukraine taking out Russia’s shadow fleet tankers—it’s the best strategy to dismantle Russia’s war machine and keep our oceans safer. These rusty tankers were just a loophole to dodge sanctions. Now, one more got neutralized in the Black Sea—empty and safe for the environment. 🌐💥
