Watching the #NightManager. Great series. Hugh Laurie as the criminal and Tom Hiddleston as the strong silent type good guy. What sticks though is one saying. It is haunting and now playing in real life too "the commercialisation of chaos".

Ships passing Flushing (Vlissingen), NL, have to pass close to the beach. Speed needs to be adjusted as not to create a huge wake where tourists on the beach get swept away. In this video (2019) 2 kids were luckily unhurt after being swept to sea together with 5 adults.

Op Schouwen Duiveland komen jaarlijks meer dan 5 miljoen toeristen.
Ook is er een noodopvang voor 250 asielzoekers. Volgens de plaatselijke VVD heeft Schouwen Duiveland met die 250 asielzoekers 'de maximale draagkracht' bereikt; een te grote impact op voorzieningen en het dagelijkse leven.

Met PFAS stoffen zijn we bezig onszelf te vergiftigen. PFAS pesticiden worden bewust in het milieu en op voedselgewassen verspreid om organismen te doden. De hoeveelheden nemen schrikbarend toe. Water Natuurlijk wil een verbod op deze bestrijdingsmiddelen.

Mijn huidige contract loopt 21-4 af. Ik zoek daarom op korte termijn een tijdelijke inside sales opdracht tot +/- 1-5-2027 in grofweg de regio Budel, Valkenswaard, Maarheeze, Weert, Nederweert. Veel ervaring, meertalig geen probleem, 32-40 uur. Tips zijn welkom.
