Some distinctions need to be made. For the most part, Asheville is NOT in ruins. Downtown was basically untouched . Part (NOT ALL) of the River Arts District and Part (NOT ALL) Biltmore Village are in ruins,. Swannanoa, Marshall, Burnsville, Chimney Rock, Bat Cave - THOSE are the hardest hit areas.

Not an ounce? What do you call the Concert for Carolina on Oct. 26, 2024, spearheaded by Luke Combs and Eric Church, broadcast for free in NC, and featured Keith Urban, Sheryl Crow, James Taylor, Billy Strings.. etc. and raised $24.5 million for hurricane relief in WNC?
