Yes and that's what they mean by "election fraud." You can't persuade them with facts about the process. The "fraud" is that a Black man won.

To me it seems parallel to Vance's argument that individual judicial warrants are an unreasonable requirement for seizing and deporting millions of people.
It's a great point from the abuser's POV! But the 4th Amendment isn't supposed to favor abusers, it's supposed to be for you and me.

I was hearing the same thing and having absolutely the same reaction. They really were bantering about how maybe raping 13-year-old girls used to be sorta low-key acceptable when Epstein was doing it.

I'm not sure regular people (let alone Members of Congress) are aware of how little respect regular cops have for actual laws. And even less respect at protests. And (of course) even less around marginalized people, cuz that's what marginalization is.
