Making it is very liberating. Sharing it is terrifying.

I'd think payment processors would not have a clue how to dig through the imagemap/normalmap to find where those nipples are hiding on the action menu.

I imagine Baaz has a bit of a sentimental attachment to the place, since it was his conduit back to this plane after his exile.

This is the house where they did the summoning ritual, right? But whose house was it? AFAIK the nerds lived in apartments, including Felix. Or did they just break into an empty house that was up for sale? I imagine the realtor had to scrub the pentagram off the floor.

Especially since the "S" wasn't even necessary. That's too many numbers.

Yes, that is definitely a boy horse.

Fortunately, that doesn't really "read" as water. My eye was more drawn by the oddly disconnected shadow of the curtains next to the wall, but I know what an aggravation lighting can be.

Love the Ouija tattoos. As for what you forgot, well, I notice that she probably had to fill the tub with buckets.

I don't know anything about Procreate, but I know in Krita, the layer thumbnails and larger preview of layers when you mouse over them only reflects the dimensions of the layer contents, not the canvas.

One thing I notice about Gen AI text is that it ALWAYS writes like a high school student padding out text to meet a word count. There are redundancies in the arguments, the same points keep being brought up in different phrasing. Simple things become verbose. It doesn't know what MATTERS.

I cannot figure out the label system. As long as they're not penalizing me for not figuring it out, I am not too troubled by that fact.

Nobody made that comparison. It was a comment on "I am repelled by this thing I am seeing, therefore this thing should be condemned, and does not deserve to exist." Dictating what are allowable fantasies is some hard-core thought police action.

I grew up in Oklahoma, and I remember a bridge that was built in the early 1900's. Because that had been Cherokee land, the bridge was decorated with swastikas, which were a Cherokee symbol of fortune. Continuing to heap hate on an image just gives rotten people more power over us.

An image causes no harm. It only has meaning in the mind of the person viewing it, and that meaning can be completely erroneous due to social conditioning. Ask the Buddhists, Hindus and Jainists who have been wrongly vilified for using swastika imagery. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swastika

The quote from A Portrait of Dorian Gray has always stayed with me, and it adapts very well to art: “There is no such thing as a moral or an immoral book. Books are well written, or badly written. That is all.”
An image is not real. Its only meaning is in the mind of the viewer.

My grinders only have one speed. I do downcycle the 7" disks into the 5" grinder when they get worn down, though, even though it's above their speed rating, because I understand physics. But that's not a cut-off. It's a grenade.

Would have made no difference on Tumblr. Even losing 75% of their users didn't make an impression on them. That was Yahoo buying companies and doing incredibly dumb things that absolutely destroyed their appeal. Flickr was another one they ruined.

For every variety of porn, there will be people who enjoy it, and people who hate it. My mother despised EVERY depiction of sex of ANY kind, thought it should ALL be banned. I've had plenty of people absolutely loathe my work. That's normal. What's not is imposing your own tastes on the world.

Oh, yeah, Bella Swan is 17, so I'm sure you can get behind banning Twilight porn fanfic.

Then you definitely shouldn't do that. Should you have the right to decide for everybody else what they are allowed to enjoy? I've always despised erotica involving vampires. Most of them are copyrighted characters, like Twilight. Perhaps we can get rid of that, too.

My dog is doing NOTHING. It's the reaction of the person SEEING him—THEIR fear. THEIR revulsion. THEIR belief he shouldn't exist. Exactly the same as you describe for seeing art that you believe shouldn't exist.

It's different TO YOU. Once you open the door to censorship, you don't get to decide what walks through it. In the 80's, we had censorship on videogames that were "too violent" and music lyrics that were "too adult." You want to see videogames banned, this is how you start.

How a person reacts to something they see is under nobody's control but them.
I own a pitbull. Seeing him scares people who imagine him violent, which they consider an "attack" and so they work—SUCCESSFULLY—to have my sweet, harmless friend banned and executed. Who is committing the REAL harm?
