Just finished reading this excellent book 📖 by @seaspitfires.com I highly recommend this book 📖. I’ve heard @seaspitfires.com on a WHWOMYT podcast and his book 📖 doesn’t disappoint, had me gripped reading it, just a shame work and sleep stopped me reading it from start to finish.

Just finished reading this outstanding 📖 by @nickhewitt4.bsky.social , I sadly know next to nothing about naval warfare in the First and Second World Wars, however this book taught me so much about Operation Neptune/Overlord, I highly recommend this 📖

Went for a nice afternoon walk yesterday in London and visited All Hallows-by-the-Tower and paid my respects to Tubby Clayton. Also saw this stained window which you need to zoom in.
