What liberals correctly point out is that in fact these sites regularly do the opposite: downplay the unprecedented illegality and problematic nature of Trump's actions. Dozens of examples, but compare hundreds of stories on Biden's mental decline to virtual silence about Trump's far worse decline

Curious. I wonder whether it's Kash Patel, the Epstein files, or criticism of the US government that triggered the censorship

And that doesn't include media outlets outside of the US owned by billionaires.

Plus US radio stations.

I don't think that is the right metric. Trump is uniquely horrible. The overwhelming majority of commentary SHOULD be critical of him. The question is whether it is more critical, just critical enough, or less critical than it should be. And overwhelmingly it downplays the criticism

Rude awakening to major patentees: Trump wreck PTO, an agency responsible for major economic work (without partisan valence). Everybody worse off without agency independence, professionalization, procedures.

We need major patentees to protest, but instead they're gifting T with stock/royalties

"Liberal media" is the most successful lie right-wingers ever invented. We've always had corporate media, but at least it used to be somewhat sane, and we all agreed on the same facts.
