Currently underpopulated with lots of big gap sites, this would really transform the area. Importantly, building more density around Bridge St subway station.

☔ Rainy days are pretty frequent here! All the more reason why rain gardens (🌱"sustainable drainage" if you're feeling fancy) are so vital. 🚲 As are separated cycle lanes that take people from A to B safely. Loads of positive changes in Glasgow at the mo.

Streets lined with cars hem in that freedom and have done over decades. Not only introducing danger & risk-averse attitudes to childhood freedom, but stealing the physical spaces nearest to home where kids can meet, play, explore and grow.
