After some changes to Number Battle™, players are now tied to the ground instead of a separate fight field, which finally allows for moving platforms like this so the maps don't have to be static anymore!

Been working on my new little side project lately, which is a pseudo OS also made with Godot. It can already handle basic window management and app discovery.

Also, if you're wondering, I didn't abandon Number Battle™. I'll get back on it today.

Just showcased Number Battle™ to my parents and apparently the UX and clarity seem to be an issue too, so UI/UX improvements (again) will come to the next v0.6.0 update.

What's even stranger is that they suggested characters throw tomatoes instead

Least important change: bots can now use powerups too, with a new "nodding" animation as a powerup usage indicator for both human player and bots.

Experimenting with controller support in Number Battle™. This version uses a virtual "aiming" cursor which can be moved via right stick. Controls for straight throws and curved throws are also implemented.

Finally revamped the character selection UI to be more convenient and mouse/keyboard/touch-friendly. And, as you can see, the main menu itself has been changed quite a bit, too.
