Omg intros 👀 hi #writersky I'm Mariya, a 24 y/o writer based in Toronto!

I centre family, hope, and revolution in my work and I've dabbled in poetry and short stories (read em in my bio!). This year I'm working on my first novel, a Mughal-inspired fantasy blending politics, adventure, and dragons!
Wrote a bad poem so I'm counting it as progress
Forgot about nano 2.0 so guess who's already behind 🤪 #writesky

just finishing up katabasis but if you liked it for its academic approach to whimsy, might I suggest the Mad Sisters of Esi?

And if you liked it for the magic and academic aesthetic, might I suggest Blood Over Bright Haven?
