My favorite part about being a “panster” writer: I thought I had the theme of this book but couldn’t quite nail it. Then the character led me to uncover exactly what I wanted all along. The best!

Yep. I stopped saving all my nice things for “someday.” Wear the too-nice sweater, use the fancy pen, use the pretty ceramic plate, light the expensive candle you got as a gift. Life is too short.
Life is short and the world is a dumpster fire, so quit making excuses not to write in that pretty notebook you've been saving for a special occasion.
