For a first full year of posting, it surely was a wild one !
Obviously the big thing was the Tarot OC, that I still can't believe I completed.

A fantasy reimagining of the classical painting "Girl with Pearl Earing" by Vermeer. Here she have an armor under her clothes. She also have a huge flail like weapon resting one her shoulders but with a massive pearl dangling from the chain. She is looking somewhat pissed off. Her name is written in the background : Parel, the Crystal Paladin. A woman with white eyes, flowing straight black hair, a loose white shirt and a red dress held together by some heavy rope. She is holding a candle cast in glass like a lantern, and a skull is floating above her otehr hand. Half of her head and upper body is gone, melted like wax. Said wax is dripping. She appear to be floating. The painting used as a reference is also shown : "Magdalene with the Smoking Flame" by George de La Tour, 1642) A fantasy reinterpretation of the painting "The Son of Man" by René Magritte. Like in the original painting he appears as a man in a dark suit, a red tie and a bowler hat under a cloudy grey sky. However his proportions are unnaturally stretched, akin to the Slenderman in a way. The gloating apple hiding his face is also distorted and is not lit like the rest of the scene like if it was a glitch in reality. The closer tot he border of the image we got, the weirder the man's body appear, dissolving in a mix of mist and tendrils. With his crooked left hand, The Son of Man is presenting the Pipe from the painting "The Treachery of Images", floating in ray of light like some kind of holy relic. I know what I am. A bunch of pigments on a canvas, a bunch of pixels on a screen. I will share the truth to the other. Regardless of the cost. A digital illustration picturing an old lady dressed in fur and leather. The lady is based on the Lady of Brassempouy, a ivory statue dating from 23000 BCE. The Lady is looking at the screen behind a warm campfire set up in a cave. She is leaning on her staff made of bones. Her hair are white dreadlocks and she have a huge scar across her face that make her right eye blind and red. Behind her there is a huge mammoth skill whose tusk frame the all picture.
