As part of my end of year reflection I’m looking at how my values shape the way I run my business. I’m focused on how I work, rather than what I do. This is very much work in progress, and I’m looking forward to sharing the end result 🙌

Starting my pro bono mentoring and coaching again for this academic year. I take part in a national initiative called One Million Mentors which pairs me with high school students and undergraduates. This year I’ll be mentoring a young scientist looking to enter the workplace in 2026 🙌.
